Cook time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2-3
INGREDIENTS
- 7oz boiled crawfish or shrimp
- 3 cups cooked fettuccine noodles
- 1 cup of water that the noodles were boiled in
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp season-all
- At least 3oz shredded Parmesan cheese
- Jar of Alfredo sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt the butter in a pan
2. Put in the crawfish and heat
3. Add the garlic and stir
4. Season the crawfish
5. Mix in the fettuccine noodles
6. Pour in some alfredo sauce (the amount you put depends on how creamy you’d like the dish)
7. Spoon in about 1/2 cup of water from the noodles; this will thicken the sauce
8. Stir until you can see the sauce sticking to the noodles (see video)
9. Add Parmesan and stir until melted. You can add as much as you’d like; we put about 2 1/2 oz
10. Remove from heat and sprinkle Parmesan on top if desired
NOTES
We only had 7oz of crawfish to use, which determined the measurements of the remaining ingredients. However, you can easily double or triple this recipe.
The amounts of sauce and cheese added are totally dependent on your preference!
